There is no network code in the app. Not disabled, not optional — absent. No analytics, no advertising, no tracking, no account, no crash reporting service. A source check looks for known networking APIs and SDKs to flag changes that need a privacy review. Optional source links open websites outside PipeMetric, under the browser's own privacy settings.
What stays on your device
Projects, spools, calculations, measurements, company data, certificates, photos and notes are stored on your device. Device backups may include this work, depending on your system settings. Deleting the app removes its local data; copies you exported or backed up are managed separately. If the app reports temporary storage, export your work before closing it.
Camera
The camera is used only while you are taking an AR measurement or scanning a document, and frames are processed on your device. Nothing from the camera is saved unless you choose to save it.
Microphone
The microphone is used only when you dictate a note using the system keyboard. PipeMetric never records audio itself.
Photo library
You can choose photos in the system photo picker for notes and document scanning. PipeMetric receives only the photos you select; it does not browse your photo library. The app declares add-only access for saving exported images. Sharing destinations and their permissions are managed by iOS.
Location
PipeMetric does not request location access and does not use it. An AR app does not need to know where you are.
Reporting a data issue
When you choose to share a report, photo or data-issue message, iOS passes that content to the app or destination you select. Nothing is sent automatically. If you email support, we receive the message and any information you include; your email provider and the chosen sharing service have their own policies.
Children
The app does not automatically send children's data to us. The local-storage and optional-sharing behavior described above applies to all users.
Changes
If a future version ever adds a network feature, this page will say so before that version ships, and the App Store privacy label will be reviewed to reflect that version's behavior.
